Sound artist, improviser, and composer. Artistic director and curator of the Sanatorium of Sound Festival in Sokołowsko. As a saxophonist, he is active in the field of improvised music, concurrently exploring electronics and forms of experimental and intermedia music. His sound installations and interventions are based on white noise, sinusoidal waves, feedback, multichannel sound. He focuses on issues such as the perception and propagation of sound waves, disruptions of time, psychoacoustics, examines the relationships between sound and architecture. He is a graduate of the Wrocław Academy of Music. He has collaborated with artists such as Keith Rowe, Phil Minton, Ryoko Akama, Burkhard Beins, Paul Lovens, David Maranha, Peter Rehberg, Jérôme Noetinger, Zbigniew Karkowski, Kasper T. Toeplitz, Noid, Lucio Capece, Kazuhisa Uchihashi, Aleksandra Słyż, Judith Hamann, and many others. He has performed at festivals and in venues such as: TPAM, Rewire, CTM, Fiber Festival, TodaysArt Festival, MONOM, Tokyo Jazz, Experimental Intermedia, Biennale Wro, Kunsthalle, Fylkingen, Konfrontationen, hcmf.
