Franciszek Raczkowski

Jazz pianist and composer. In his opinion, the most important feature of music is its organic nature. In 2015, he released his debut album Apprentice (with the Franciszek Raczkowski Trio). He is also a co-founder of many jazz collectives, including Raczkowski/Kostka Duo, Theos & Vincents, Stanislaw Slowinski Project, Semiotic Quintet, Maciej Kitajewski Trio. Graduate of two departments: classical piano and jazz piano at the Karol Szymanowski Academy of Music in Katowice. Winner of awards at many jazz competitions.
